GreENergy Global LLP, located in Mundra, Gujarat, represents the Group’s planned expansion into integrated and large-scale sustainable resource recovery. The upcoming pyrolysis facility will focus on processing waste rubber and end-of-life tyres to produce valuable industrial outputs such as pyrolysis oil, carbon powder, recovered carbon black, and steel wire. Once operational, the facility will enhance the Group’s production capacity and strengthen its national presence in environmentally responsible recycling and circular economy initiatives.
Pyrolysis oil is produced through the thermal decomposition of waste tyres and rubber materials in an oxygen-free environment. It is widely used as an industrial fuel and serves as an alternative to furnace oil and light diesel oil (LDO) in boilers, furnaces, and various manufacturing processes.
Carbon powder recovered during the pyrolysis process is a valuable industrial raw material. It is commonly used in rubber manufacturing, pigments, construction materials, and other applications where durability, reinforcement, and enhanced coloring properties are required.
High-tensile steel wire recovered directly from tyre shredding processes. Supplied in raw, unprocessed form, this material is primarily provided to steel mills for further recycling and production of new steel products.
